They do the work themselves instead of quoting a price and then contracting the job out to someone else, like a lot of other companies do. "Questioning the value of the membership I purchased. The hvac tech tried to sell us expensive unneeded services and didn?t provide any photos or written reports of the inspection. The plumbing tech did provide a written report of the inspection and also made suggestions for pricey upgrades. It?s hard to tell what?s necessary and what isn?t with this company. Techs have all been professional and punctual."
