We had a large home roofing project (house, four-car garage, and tool shed), and we were working with our insurance company to get optimal coverage. Tom managed every step of the daunting process with clarity and confidence. He was consistently proactive and knowledgeable in working with our insurance company., getting us maximum coverage. He was kind and compassionate about the potential stress we were incurring. The roof they installed is the highest quality residential work available. We feel safe and secure for decades to come. Hail damage July, 2023. Spoke with ten contractors and chose Hennessey after working with Donny. Upgraded to class 4 shingles free. Got the work done on time as promised. Work seems quality. Helped me work with insurance company. Only slight problem was gutter color was a few shades off. Not a biggie. Very pleased and definitely recommend Hennessy Roofing and Donnie in particular.

Their contract says professional and stress free, neither is true took 4 months start to finish, nice one day job, overall the actual work they did lookâ s pretty good over all but there were many issues tools and nails left on the roof etc. People showed up and installed gutters while i was out of town without a phone call , or emails. , I would get other quotes , they are not the cheapest, and I was expecting more communications this was not what you expect from professionals,

Everything from the first contact from Hennessey, to completion of the job exceeded our expectations. The company representative came within a couple of days exactly at the time he quoted, and spent as much time as we wanted examining the roof, explaining the details and products available. The bid came back the next day. We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. The entire crew was very polite and responsive to any requests we had and careful of all areas of our property. We would recommend them to anyone who might need roof repair/replacement.

This year my husband and I sold our house in Colorado Springs. Because of extensive hail damage, we needed to replace the roof. Our realtor with LIV Sotheby referred us to Hennessey Roofing who had replaced his roof under similar circumstances. The sales rep from Hennesseyâ s was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He was also willing to offer a detailed explanation of the insurance reimbursement maze and direct us to a contact to repair the fence damaged by a 90-mph-wind storm. The Hennessey crew was polite and respectful of the property, even placing tarps around the entire house perimeter to catch debris from the old roofâ s removal. They also finished the job in one day, additionally replacing the old vent system. If one must replace a roof, these are the people to use.

From start to finish, this has been a great experience. Stephan came in very knowledgeable and gave me good information on the types of products to replace my 30 year old tar and gravel roof. When the day came for application, the crew was courteous and professional. Clean up was done efficiently. Stephan not only gave me good information in which to make a decision, he was present either in person or by phone to coordinate times. I have another project upcoming and will happily work with Hennessey Roofing again!

We are so pleased with the beautiful work these guys did replacing our roof. After the storms this summer, it was downright breezy in here, and water was coming in when it rained. The house (a 20-ish-year-old modular home) is now holding heat much better, it looks fantastic, the area was left delightfully tidy, and the work crew was very pleasant to have around -- all this despite how it got so windy and cold. Scott went above-and-beyond helping negotiate with the insurance company on our behalf, and we are so grateful. We are positively thrilled they fixed the mistakes the last contractor made on our skylight, and we feel ready for winter despite all that crazy storm damage this summer. My dad made a great choice when he gave you folks a call, that's for sure! Thank you so much!
