"Isabel and Ben were great! I had my chimney inspected and cleaned. I also had my dryer vent cleaned. They found very clogged and shoddy vent work in my crawl space for the dryer. They were able to fix, clean and get the duct work up to code same day. They showed me pictures and videos so I could understand the severity of the issue. "He answered our call on the day we made it - one day before Christmas Eve. He had a full schedule, but came to do the job around 5:30 and worked until after 8:00 so that we would not be without hot water through Christmas. The basement was flooded, the staircase to it winding and narrow, the gravity fed heater in front of the water heater original to the house (1910) and an arm of it had to be removed and put back.... Through it all Greg was calm, kept his sense of humor and fixed us up. Talk about above and beyond! - he's the best!
