Wes arrived on time and first walked with us through the house and asked us to point out special areas of concern. He made suggestions for treatments of these areas and then went to work. He worked very hard and the carpet turned out beautifully clean. We will definitely hire Premier again!

They have the whole customer service thing figured out. Not only is Chris in the office responsive and kind, but Eddie (our technician) was extremely professional and detailed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My carpets look like new and I was so excited to hear about their other services!! If you want to deal with an HONEST company that provides epic results, Premier Carpet is it. PS. Eddie came in wearing a mask and kept his distance. They are adhering to all COVID regulations.

After initially calling another cleaning service, leaving a message and no return call I called Premier and I am so glad I did. Prompt, awesome service, very professional, nice, friendly, answered any questions and finished the project in a great time frame. Robert and team did a great job! He was great about calling/emailing back, and was very punctual on the day of cleaning. He charged exactly what I was quoted, and didn't try to upsell me. He described everything that they would be doing, and gave me tips to keeping my carpet clean in the future. They were very efficient, and were done within an hour. The carpets look fantastic! I was given a reminder call the day before the service and right before arrival. Robert is very prompt and friendly. The service only took about an hour and my carpets have never looked better.

He arrived on time and didn't rush through the job. He used a special solution for pet stains (extra $$ but worth it). He moved the larger furniture for me that I could not do on my own. He did an excellent job and I will never use another company.
