This gentleman is terrific!! Excellent advice on pros and cons of different options. Got us installed with a more efficient unit but also the correct size for our house. Works great and lowered our bill. Even gave me a courtesy call back to confirm my wiring when installing a new thermostat months later. Highly recommend!

The technician patience was incredible and he took the time to explain the usage of the equipment and he set my cell phone up so that I would have that access. He was very knowledgeable and completely the work in a timely manner. My family is very pleased.

My heat went out the night of 12/30. I got a text from Gold Star 12/31. I called and needed service right away. I was up and calling people at 7:00 AM. Several were closed for the Holiday Weekend. We were expecting single digit temperatures. Cayde was at my house in under 2 hours. Because of his excellent attitude and empathy, I switched our choice of Heating contractors to Gold Star. A little too expensive!

Gold Star showed up to my house within 24 hours of me calling, even though it wasn’t an “emergency” call. They were great! Quickly found the problem and, most importantly, found the solution! I rarely call people for work and I have never called anyone for my HVAC but this time the problem was about my pay grade! I now have their contact info saved in my phone and will use them for all of my HVAC in the future! Thanks guys!

Excellent experience with Gold Star Heating today. I had a kitchen vent to the outside installed. Cayde was from start to finish personable and displayed a knowledge of his craft I do not see often anymore. There it is a fresh hardwood floor down now and he acknowledged that and made sure no marks or damage was done to it. His professional skills are impressive he thinks around the always present problems each house brings to a job. Every action had an element of keeping the site clean, which is appreciated. I was offered options in this install each was talked over and the best practices were utilized. I would easily recommend Gold Star to anyone without hesitation. I wish I had know of this top shelf company earlier in my home adventures.

100% would recommend Gold Star to everyone even my Grandma. They where extremely professional, friendly, explained both what he thought was wrong and what it could be on our phone conversation and when they got here. They where extremely through checking every possibility and explained what and why he was checking different things. While they where checking under my house to be sure the water damage did not cause structural damage, they found a small issue with something else and showed us what he was talking about and made recommendations on how to repair it. When he went on the roof to clean my venting he showed me pictures of what it looked like and what he did to fix the problem. My roommate was home when they where here so my mastiff was locked up she never made a noise. She is protective and usually barks when repair men are in our home but she never made a sound except to wimper she wanted to visit not get them out of the house. This was very impressive to me. Her job is to tell people she's here and it's her house. She takes her job seriously and has never cried because she did not get to visit with a repair person. Usually she barks or grumbles to make sure they know she's here and ready to protect me if need be, even from behind a door (I think she would come through one if I was being hurt). Whit his company she behaved like family was here, she wanted to come out of her room and visit. My roommate told me he would be comfortable with this company coming to do work in our home even if he and the mastiff where not here. This is the only company he has ever said this about. We did end up having them fix another small issue with a heating return while they where here. They also took the time to talk to me about my controller for the heating and cooling system that I hate. When I am ready to replace it or have any hvac or venting work done Gold Star will be my one and only call. I would rather wait for them (if they can't get out here quickly) than to use someone else. GOLD STAR was great! I also really liked and appreciated that while explaining things to me and telling me what was needed or had been done never once did I feel spoken down to or like I could not understand since I am not a professional or man. I have experienced this with previous repair men but not with Gold Star. They where every thorough without coming off as if I could not understand. 100% AMAZING COMPANY and the only company I will call for hvac and venting in the future. I am a Gold Star customer for life!
