She quickly suggested that Kyle can take a look and give me an honest assessment(since i was really concerned over the estimate the previous company gave me, and they never followed up...it was 36 degrees in my office!)anyway, i was so pleased that kyle right away, got my heat going temporarily while he had to get a part ordered. and then was up on my roof in sub zero weather and replaced that part.
