"I cannot say enough for the character of both Fred & Rachel Clark. To say they went above and beyond expectations is an understatement. I was at a loss on how to solve a problem for a customer that had installed a mini split unit with several intricacies and conditions that made it difficult to complete. Rachel was incredibly personable and easy to deal with over the phone and in person throughout the process, from scheduling the service call, to collecting final payment. Fred was on time, gave me several pieces of advice and insight that he in no way, was required to, and made sure that I had everything I needed when he left.
