Recycling was picked on schedule while my trash bin was ignored even when overflowing. I called repeatedly. It very difficult to get a person to answer. I left many messages. I have never had a follow call from my voice messages. When I did manage to get a customer service rep. They promised to have my trash picked up. Three weeks of this was very frustrating. I cancelled service. Then they emptied and removed the bins. Just when I thought I was done with the nightmare they are now attempting to charge me for January service and additional fees. Go with any other trash service!"
