"I had no heat during the coldest times in colorado springs. I finally returned sandy's call and I thought they couldn't help me because i needed HVAC not my ducts cleaned. She quickly suggested that Kyle can take a look and give me an honest assessment(since i was really concerned over the estimate the previous company gave me, and they never followed up...it was 36 degrees in my office!)anyway, i was so pleased that kyle right away, got my heat going temporarily while he had to get a part ordered. and then was up on my roof in sub zero weather and replaced that part. "Very satisfied with the end result. They installed a gas line from my mechanical room in the basement to my kitchen without cutting into any drywall. The project did fail inspection twice (once for a bad fitting, the other I think the inspector was just in a bad mood), but they were quick to come back out to make sure we understood what happened and made sure we were comfortable with the situation. I would call them again if I wanted to run another gas line."
