My cat got stuck in the ventilation system and he not only helped come up with a plan to get her out but executed it with precision in a timely manner. He called in backup and a second employee was there in a jiffee with the tools to complete this job. We were able to locate her and safely get her out and back to freedom and treats! I again cannot thank the staff and Owners of this amazing business enough for what they did for me and my family today!"

His prices were very competitive with the other companies that came by but what really sold us was the customer service!
