"Fireplace is great. However, it took 6 weeks and three subsequent visits to fix the first improper installation. On first three visits, the technicians failed to properly install fireplace, making separate errors each time. Each visit was at least two weeks later. Also, we were never advised the fan was not controlled by the remote, so the only way to change its level is to take the bottom front plate out and manually adjust the fan each time we wish to change it, hoping we do not scratch the surfaces. The manager's reaction to my disappointment about this feature was basically indifference."

"It couldn't have been better. The gentleman that came, Scott Swanson, arrived on time, was very respectful and nice and was very clean/professional looking. He was able to look at the work and give me an estimate. He got the work done in an hour and a half and it looks wonderful."

"Excellent work - fast turn-around. From start to finish a pleasant experience. Very helpful during the design phase, and the installation crew was outstanding. Came out BETTER (20x30 patio, in pavers) than I anticipated, which is always a great surprise. I HIGHLY recommend."

"Spectrum One is our choice over and over again for renovating our home, which was built in the 1960s. Dennis comes out and looks at the scope of the project and gets back to you in a timely manner with an incredibly detailed and professional proposal. He takes into account your vision for the home and offers suggestions for improving the project or explains how the team can make that vision come to life. The project managers who oversee the project from start to finish have been diligent, respectful and ensure that the work being done is of the highest standards. They are on-site every day with a whole team working to get the job done as beautifully and as quickly as possible. The attention to detail from the whole group is what I most appreciate. We have used them for whole-home flooring (removal, installation and baseboards), recessed lighting, countertops, backsplash and would trust them with any project. We recently completed a third project with Spectrum One that included widening doorways, redoing an outdated fireplace hearth, and remodeling two bathrooms. Everyone at Spectrum One is quick to respond, honest, creative, and fun to be around. We love them and highly recommend to anyone looking to do a renovation, repair, or build!"

"Horacio Martinez's (the owner) work was beyond expectation. His knowledge really impressed me and he was willing to do anything I asked. He had to replace two transformers, her purchased them and installed them and saw to it that everything worked perfectly. I am most appreciative of his willingness to come three times to correct my mistakes. He works hard, is communicative and again he is so knowledgeable he has the skill to do what ever is needed."
