They returned phone calls immediately, gave us a very competitive quote, provided references and even helped to choose the perfect color combination. Once the work commenced, they removed the gutters, pressure washed the whole house, made repairs to the stucco in various areas, painted all exterior, wood trim, patio cover, front doors, side doors, and metal garage doors. They even went as far as removing the exterior light fixtures, and re-installing them when the work was complete. It took them a complete week to do the job. They were on-time every morning and were meticulous about masking everything, and not getting over-spray or spilling paint on anything. The house looks great, and I will definitely use them again. "Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. "I had Sprayco painting the exterior of my house and a 1000+ sq ft of wooden deck. I could not have been any happier with the work they performed. Salomon and his crew did an outstanding job for a fair price. To begin with, Salomon was very flexible with adjusting dates to accommodate for bad weather. He went above and beyond to paint small segments of the area to help me coordinate the color selection and offered his opinion, which was always spot on. He is very detailed oriented and always willing to accommodate extra requests and perform fixes after the final walkthrough. Besides painting the house's exterior, he also changed some deck poles that were wobbly and cracking us. Once again, they did an excellent job! "we hired this company to remodel the exterior part of my our house we wanted the stucco and roofing to be done and we found them through an online search including angieslist. On our first meeting (after a short phone conversation), they brought several swatches of colors and stucco textures, which was excellent because we were egger to do the work right away. Our project manager Joe was very skilles and professional and was able to manage the working team in such a good way, that they were able to finish the whole project pretty fast. The team were very clean and they always protected the working areas outside in order to prevent any damages."
