We decided on adding 8" of blown-in insulation to reduce our heating/cooling cost and to reduce the cycling of our HVAC system. They did a wonderful job of sealing any attic leaks, covers for our canned lighting fixtures, built a dam around our whole house fan, added baffles around our soffits, and added the insulation. "Me and my husband live in a condo in Los Angeles. About 6 months ago the neighbors upstairs rented their condo. The new neighbors are a family with two kids who are very sweet, but like to wake up early and throw stuff on each other.
