"Amazing that they completed job in one day! (wall in front of garage was completely redone (R&R) and patching around garage door and under one window). They matched the existing sand finish. The "feathering" in of the new stucco to the old looks good. From a scheduling standpoint I would recommend they provide more of an advance notice for scheduling (i.e. 2 days vs. 1day) and positively let the customer know they are on the schedule."

"Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. It also blocks UV/UB rays up to 73% and helps keep the house a more consistent, cooler temperature. It has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next home owner. Since we are in the process of getting ready to sell, we felt this would be a great upgrade and would add value to the home. We started work the very next morning. Tom coordinated and over saw the entire project. He was very pleasant to work with. The crew was friendly and worked efficiently. They prepped and protected everything so the finished job was remarkable. They removed old shingles on the front of the house and re-stuccoed the front. They did come back and touch up a few things until we were satisfied. The price was reasonable considering the value of the product and the house will never have to be painted again. We were very pleased with Cielo from start to finish. I would recommend them and I would use them again if the need arises."

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now. "I contacted Pearl to help with my garage conversion. I wanted to build a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. I was working with Ori, the project manager. He was great. I had a lot of questions and he answered each question. He was very patient and professional. They helped with the architectural drawings and getting the necessary permits from the city. Also, there was a DWP easement on my property and they worked with DWP to get that approval. I would highly recommend Pearl for any remodeling/construction job you may have.
