When I hired this company everything was going fine, I was very specific to Melvin that I was hiring him because I needed to make sure that my new concrete did not get damaged when working the stucco and he promised to take care of it, I hired him on the spot when he came to provide us with the free estimate but them took forever to provide us with his contract and changed the start date on us once we signed him the agreement, they started 2 weeks later from our original conversation, they finally showed up and the second part of the job was delayed again and he rescheduled me at the last minute. When they finally showed up to complete the job and finished it they had made a mess of My new concrete driveway, footprints of stucco all over because they were not careful enough to cover it appropriately. When I called Melvin to ask him to please come and checked what his workers did he did not bother to come he just sent someone inexperienced 2 days later to come to clean our driveway and left it worst by leaving big spots of the solution that used to be removed the stucco and permanently damaged our new concrete. He never showed up to checked the work and his easy solution was to discount 1/3 of the original pricing so I could use that money to fix the driveway but it did not solve my problem because my new concrete was permanently damaged due to their unprofessionally and careless workers. The stucco job came up good however the damage made to my new driveway was not worth the hassle I went with this company. They are very unprofessional and care less about the customer.

Absolutely terrific, restucco my entire house to Santa Barbara finish white, easy to work with, Melvin is very accommodating and pleasant, pricing was good too.!

Good value

Original work started with removing wood siding above garage door and replacing with standard rough stucco, but evolved to re-stucco entire front of house to smooth stucco including removing wood siding around front windows. Work had to be done in phases to coordinate with contractor for a new wood garage door/jamb installation. They performed good quality work. They were on-time and cleaned their work area. For the most part, they were responsive to my communications (by text).

Great work it longer than expected but overall we love the work done

Amazing that they completed job in one day! (wall in front of garage was completely redone (R&R) and patching around garage door and under one window). They matched the existing sand finish. The "feathering" in of the new stucco to the old looks good. From a scheduling standpoint I would recommend they provide more of an advance notice for scheduling (i.e. 2 days vs. 1day) and positively let the customer know they are on the schedule.

Very professional, reliable and above board. I hired them for a house I was flipping and my partner hired them on another project based on how great they were.

The work contracted to re-stucco my house was supposed to take 21 days. It took 28 days and they only showed up 9 of those days with no contact as to when they would be working. The sandblasting crew left most of the sand all over the yard which I had to remove. The painters were supposed to replace the wood trim that had wood rot in accordance with the person who gave me the estimate and they only changed a few boards and left all the old lumber for me to discard. They also signed there work by leaving a large URINE STAIN on my newly stuccoed wall which did not come off and I will have to paint over. After the work was completed no one even bother to show up and check the work or call to see if we were satisfied.

On time , very clean.

Honest and hard working

I was very happy with the professionalism and fantastic job that this company did on my new construction. I would definitely recommend them. They were very tidy and timely. They did an extremely thorough job.

Project looks great and customer service was excellent. My only suggestion is that you have the estimator confirm the job in writing or by visual inspection prior to beginning work. Because this was a small job, it was initially underquoted. Even so, they stepped up, completed the job as scheduled, and the final price was still very competitive. Nobody's perfect, but they got real close! Kudos.
