"Tom Cohen met with us to explain the painting and process. The product they used is Cool Coat which contracts and shrinks with weather changes and keeps the stucco repairs from not returning. Roberto showed up early!  He took care to cover the floors leading into the bathrooms, covered the fixtures and set about changing round holes to rectangular openings which fit the new fan fixtures.  After the drywall installation, he primed the new patch so I will be able to paint to match the rest of the room.

The work was well done and completed within a very short period of time.
