"My request was the following: I wanted an Arborist, which Bruno is, to examine my tree and tell me exactly how the work would be done. On the work day he arrived and explained to me and his two assistants in great detail the requirements of the job. The tree was trimmed exactly as I requested; the tree will continue to provide a perfect shade canopy over my deck. I hired three different tree companies to trim trees on my property; the results were terrible. The work that Bruno and his crew provided was beyond reproach.
