"They cut the wrong limbs back like we asked,then couldn't get them back out after paying the bill.we we told later tree was diseased and had to cut it down , this was done free by SMUD after we were told tree was ok! They should have told us tree was bad."

His advice was to not remove it, but simply to treat it for an intense aphid infestation. He advised that I could do it myself and even specified the product to purchase.
