They do what I ask them to do, they listen, good communication, and good people. They did a good job, they clean up, and reliable.

It was fine. For some reasons they couldn't make it on the scheduled appointment, but they called me to let me know, and rescheduled it to do the job. Jon Pace was very nice, looked at the job, and gave me estimate.

I been using them for the last 4 years now, they were very personable, professional and thorough. they were knowledgeable about trees and they were very clean. They left the area immaculate.

First appointment canceled because of rain, 2nd appointment didn’t show up or call so I called and Diane didn’t know why they didn’t show. Rescheduled and they showed up 40 minutes late. They were supposed to be there between 8 and 9 so after 9 I called and left a message and then one of the workers called and said he was putting gas in his truck and would be there in 20 min. They finally got here and as they cut branches and limbs they let them fall on the fence and the plants and bushes. I also found all the small branches and debris they raked up along with their soda bottle was put in my old trash can that is full of holes and left behind the olelander bush by my back gate instead of taking it with them. Sloppy. I was given a discount because I was unhappy with the work they did the last time I hired them. This was a 2nd chance because I had used them years ago and at that time they were good but not anymore.

The team did not know what they were doing. Between each of the 3 guys, all of them kept telling us different things about how to trim - arguing about what is a seed pod, which leaves should stay or go, how much of the trunk to strip. It was confusing, frustrating, and we had no confidence they were doing the work correctly. Also, instead of using orchard ladders, they climbed up the trees with spikes. This is fine for other palm trees - but we found out afterwards that is very damaging for Queen Palms. Our trees are a mess of holes and shredded trunks. Since they are the key landscape greenery around the pool area, it's obviously ugly and an eyesore now. The owner accepted responsibility for the lousy service and did not charge us. He mentioned that he tries to tell his teams not to cut palms, but he himself was the one who came over initially and gave us the estimate in person - never saying a word about how he prefers not to work on palm trees. We would not use them again. And highly recommend that if you have palm trees, to go with another tree service company.

Great job! The people sent who do the work are really what the reviews are usually about. 3 young men ready to work were sent. Anthony (the crew leader), Josh, & a serious young man named Jake Dion Ashley who hopes to be an arborist. Jake did most of the work on my 51 year old evergreens, & they look so much better than I'd thought they ever could. (Previously, 2 other tree companies did really destructive things to my ancient evergreens. They took a couple of years to recover.) They managed to get them down to a size that should safely take the bushes through heavy winter rain & wind. And they made enough room for me to be able to paint the fence behind the largest. Their clean up was terrific. They were careful of my fences & other property. They were a cute team, & they enjoy their work, (esp. Jake!). For once a pleasant experience!

Nice people to work with and workers were courteous and responsive. Poor cleanup. Left a lot of debris on my roof and patio cover. Also left 3 large branches on top of some bushes.

These Guys are great! John gave us a fair estimate and then the crew came out a few days later. The crew, Scott (the saw man), Randy and three others were friendly, courteous and professional. They went well beyond my expectations on everything including the cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend them.

It went well. There was a slight scheduling issue. Their vehicle broke down and we rescheduled for a few days later.

Two men removed the branch and disposed of the cuttings. They were very professionalism and left the site very clean.

Very good.....good communication, prompt, got the job done in a short amount of time. Foreman and crew polite, aware of safety issues. A big job, would have liked a better cleanup (some debris left) but overall one of the best tree services I've had and I will hire again. Their estimate was almost half of another local tree service.

The arborist arrived at the appointed time and couldn't tell me if the trees needed removed or not. She gave me quotes to remove them that were extremely high as well as absurd quotes to do some minor trimming on another couple of trees. I had used Don's several times before but had not dealt with this particular person. I had always been satisfied with their work and price. I told her her prices seemed very high to me and I probably would have to get additional quotes. She said she would talk to her boss and get back to me. Never heard from them. It seemed to me they didn't want the business.

Tree was removed first then technician returned to poison the roots.

Overall the experience was not good. I chose their services based on the number of good Angies List reviews. I called for an estimate and Jon came within a day or two. Had a very pleasant exchange. He informed me USA would be called prior to my appointment to determine location of my home utilities. Day or two later I called and scheduled for a Saturday. By Thursday, USA had not been out to mark the utilities. Called the office and was told by the office person she "forgot" to call. After some discussion and multiple phone calls (mostly initiated by me), I agreed to reschedule the date for the following Monday. Arrival was to be between 9-11am. By 11:15 no one showed up. Called the office and the "truck broke down". In trying to reschedule one more time, the office person told me she had me scheduled for Thursday (I had specifically told her that day would not work as had company coming). She offered Tuesday @ 10am. Told her I was agreeable only if the crew was there by 10am sharp. She assured me this would be the case and was apologized for the errors. Tuesday morning comes, no one shows at 10am; Steve and helper did not arrive till 11:30. When they did arrive, said they "got lost" finding my house. So finally grinding the first stump starts. I leave briefly to run an errand. When I come home the stump grinder is being worked on, and obviously is not performing as it should. Then there was a brief resumption of the grinding. A short time later I see them cleaning up. I asked if that was it for the day. Was told no, they were going to lunch and needed to do some work on the grinder. They would be back. They've now been at my house a total of 2 hours which includes whatever time was spent working on their equipment. The one stump worked on was not completed. Was told I could "get some topsoil" to fill in the hole; I now have a crater in my yard. Was not my idea of leveling the lawn/ ground. By the end of the day, they did not return and did not call to give any kind of an update or explanation. I called the office the next day. Told the office person to send me a bill for the time spent and that I did not want to continue to do business with them. She was apologetic AGAIN, but at that point I was done. Told her I was willing to pay for 2 hours work only. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and, if anything, discourage others from using their services.
