"Fantastic arrived on time, and everyone was a professional even the worker who cleaned up all the leaves and branches. The workers were all very skilled removed tree without needing to bother my next door neighbor except to clean up his yard at the end. Checked with me if the clean up was to my liking and also checked with my to see neighbor if he was satisfied with the clean up in his yard. Want to emphasize again how professional I found everyone, from the person that came to give the estimate to the cleanup crew. The person who gave the estimate knew what permits we needed and had a good knowledge of the laws for removing a valley oak. "The five fellows arrived on time and worked throughout their stay on the property. The primary objective was to trim a eucalyptus tree which was too close to our house. They cut the top 35 feet off and left the area around the tree much cleaner than it was when they arrived. The they trimmed four Queen Ann palms. I was very pleased with the professionalism.  I received a call to schedule an estimate shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They had no problem waiting to perform the actual service until after I had taken my Christmas lights down off the trees and shrubs.  Shawn was very knowledgeable about the different trees I have in my yard and was able to identify them by sight even without the leaves on them.  Very thorough walk-through to determine what needed to be done to each tree. 

When the time came for the service, they arrived when they said they would and got right to work.  Everyone was wearing safety gear.  They checked in with me throughout the time they were here to let me know how things were going and did a walk-through at the end to make sure I was happy, which I was.  They were happy to take off a couple of branches which they had left on pending my walk-through because it's easy to take it off, not so much to put it back on if I had not wanted it removed!
