The stump was ground down below the ground, so it is no longer visible. The branches and trunk were completely removed from my yard. I was very pleased with the professionalism.  I received a call to schedule an estimate shortly after I bought the Big Deal.  They had no problem waiting to perform the actual service until after I had taken my Christmas lights down off the trees and shrubs.  Shawn was very knowledgeable about the different trees I have in my yard and was able to identify them by sight even without the leaves on them.  Very thorough walk-through to determine what needed to be done to each tree. 

When the time came for the service, they arrived when they said they would and got right to work.  Everyone was wearing safety gear.  They checked in with me throughout the time they were here to let me know how things were going and did a walk-through at the end to make sure I was happy, which I was.  They were happy to take off a couple of branches which they had left on pending my walk-through because it's easy to take it off, not so much to put it back on if I had not wanted it removed!
