"We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

Leeron and his crew from The Home Remodeling Guys did an outstanding job. They not only replaced the center pole and installed the recommended beam, but they also transformed the garage into a beautiful ADU. The work was completed in just two days—actually, a day and a half—just as promised. They quickly installed the engineer-recommended beam and had the ceiling restored to its proper position, while also converting the space into a fully functional ADU. The team was extremely professional, and the quality of their work was top-notch. Abby, who handles scheduling, invoicing, and customer service, was especially great to work with. "We first hired Oury to remodel our bathroom. He gave us a good price and was honest and fair. Oury did a fantastic job with the bathroom and helped us make design decisions and made every accommodation to make us happy. After we were so happy with the job he did, we hired him to do a complete living room and dining room and kitchen remodel. Oury had it done quickly and in budget, and again did a fantastic job with every change and request we had. We will be hiring him to do some exterior work next, I don't see us ever using a different contractor. Before hiring Oury we felt like we interviewed every contractor in town.
