Best subcontractors near Granada Hills, CA

"I was skeptical of remodeling our kitchen because you hear so many horror stories about contractors taking too long, charging more than they say, flaking out, etc. My husband and I were in disbelief at how OPPOSITE Pristine is from that. Pristine Construction is exceptional. I don't think I have ever encountered a better company.... and I have very high standards! Nathan and Mike are not only true to their word, totally professional, and incredibly knowledgable, but they are 2 great guys who are fun to hang out with! They make you feel like you are their only client. Pristine Construction really does care about you as a person and they take a great deal of pride in providing the best service and best quality work. Also, the designer they had design our new kitchen was incredible. The layout of our finished kitchen is gorgeous. We are extremely happy with everything Pristine and their sub-contractors did. Our kitchen remodel was worth every penny. Their price was reasonable and similar to other construction companies around. Nathan and Mike and their crew helped us better our lives and we are eternally grateful. You will not find anyone better in Los Angeles!"

"Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."

"I hired So Cal Builders & Design Inc"

"I needed a reliable contractor to replace a center pole in my garage and properly support the sagging ceiling by installing a beam across the wide space. Leeron and his crew from The Home Remodeling Guys did an outstanding job. They not only replaced the center pole and installed the recommended beam, but they also transformed the garage into a beautiful ADU. The work was completed in just two days—actually, a day and a half—just as promised. They quickly installed the engineer-recommended beam and had the ceiling restored to its proper position, while also converting the space into a fully functional ADU. The team was extremely professional, and the quality of their work was top-notch. Abby, who handles scheduling, invoicing, and customer service, was especially great to work with. From the start of the project to completion, she kept me informed and made sure everything went smoothly, even accommodating a few minor hiccups along the way. I was impressed by the combination of great customer service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. I highly recommend The Home Remodeling Guys for any remodeling or structural needs, especially if you're looking to convert a garage into an ADU!"

"Ben helped us convert our VERY old garage (80+ years) into a modern multipurpose room. He was communicative throughout the process, friendly to work with, and the final product exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend YB Builders to anyone looking for a contractor."

"The contractor came by right away for free consultation. After taking a look at the job, he provided an honest consultation and alternatives outside of construction that might save some money. Straight forward, on time, friendly, professional, and honest I can’t ask for much more."
