Mr. Garland came out to the house and gave me an estimate and advice on builing on to an existing house that we want to buy. It's a short sale, and we don't have an ok from the bank so it is not ours to add on to yet, but he came out and gave us an estimate anyway. We called Garland because about a year and a half ago, we had a minor fire and Garland came out to clean and rebuild a portion of the house. We were very happy with the professionalism of everyone from the company. We had a mishap with a third party vendor hired by Garland, and Garland stepped in and did everything they could to help resolve the problem. We would hire them again.

We could not be more pleased with the work, which was substantial, handled by Garland Restoration. Shawn Garland, President of the company, was himself personally involved in our project, and he is very professional, thorough, and empathetic to what we were going through. He worked closely with us, as the homeowners, and the insurance adjuster to make sure we understood and were comfortable with each step of the process. He also has good taste and patiently helped us choose from the options available in our restoration. Mr. Garland helped us keep things in perspective and made the process much less stressful than it otherwise would have been.

The project manager, Kevin Cannon, was equally great to work with. He was hands on, had a great demeanor, and helped us manage the process of what essentially amounted to a rebuilding of the four rooms that had suffered the water damage.

The actual workers, both direct employees and subcontractors, that came out and worked on our home represented Garland well. They all worked very hard, were polite, and did their work in an exceptionally clean way; we would especially like to commend the painters, the tile layer, the drapery specialists, and the clean up crew.

We are very thankful that we were referred to Garland Restoration by our insurance agent, and would not hesitate to suggest them to any others that have to face unexpected water or fire damage.

They did a great job. They came to fix work that another company had done when that company did it incorrectly. They were very professional and great people to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future.
