It always went well. Boris is involved in advising, designing, repairing, building, remodeling & change orders. He & his subcontractors always answer my questions & give me more ideas. One thing I like about him is he always sticks to his estimate.
Description of Work: The first time, Boris remodeled my home for $35,000, the 2nd time he built me a small house for $90,000 (& saved me $10,000), the 3rd time he remodeled 2 apartments & 3 garages for $80,000. He & his subcontractors have done for me; new copper re-pipe, new wiring, new concrete foundation, new tile in kitchen & bath, new exterior tile, custom Oak cabinets, installed floors & windows, new stucco, built a roof, shifted load-bearing walls, poured a concrete wheelchair ramp, etc..
