Terribly. it started when the contractor who did the chimney came to our door stating that he never got paid and wanted me to pay him even though we had already paid Thomas Rooney. Then he came again several more times and also while other work was being done to ask us not to pay for the work until he got paid. It ended when we contacted the police to make him stop coming to our house and harassing us about not being paid. Then when they did the prep work for the walkway, they dug out an area approximately 15 x 1 food wide trench that shouldn't have been dug out. We were told they would repair this, but they never did. The walkway itself was never finished. The pattern was not consistent throughout which they didn't fix and only a small amount of polymeric sand was put down not filling it properly. This can cause the brick of the walkway to fail. The wall they installed is already leaning substantially and we are concerned it will not last through the winter. Throughout these jobs large amounts of debris were left behind for us to clean. This included broken pieces of concrete from the chimney, wood pallets and general trash. We have made several attempts to contact him with no resolution. A coworker of Thomas Rooney replied to a text that we sent, and they stated he would be out of the country until the end of Aug. He also told us that he relayed our message to Thomas and that Thomas replied that he would contact us first thing after his return. We haven't heard from him, and he hasn't replied to any subsequent messages we have sent.

He have mowed my lawn in Peabody every 2 weeks from July to October for the last two years (2022-2023). They are professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for mowing and seasonal lawn cleanups.

The work was done smoothly and quickly. The workers were on-time, conscientious, and fast. It has not leaked since. The concrete is thinner than I would like, but most of it was strong enough to re-install carpet tack strips without breaking. In one spot it was too thin, and it would not support a tack strip. There was a good deal of dust. I wish I had done more to seal off the basement and cover furniture prior to the work. We left some furniture uncovered in other rooms of the basement, and we did not install a plastic wall between the basement and the rest of the house. If I had covered all the furniture with plastic, and put up a zip wall at the basement door it would have been easier to clean up.

The workers were prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. Four workers had the entire job done within three hours. The mess was kept to a minimal, they did lay cloths down on the areas they had to travel. The floor was smoothly recemented and blended in with the existing floor. They had me inspect the work before they left, discussed the warranty with me and made sure they had picked up their mess before they left.

We had a water issues in our basement for many years so I called several places to get a quote for the repair. They came and explained me clearly what's the issue was and offered much reasonable price for the repair than any other places. The day for the repair went smoothly. All the workers were professional and got their job done. This was done 2 years ago and I haven't see any water issues ever since. They Are knowledgeable and easy to talk to, I would highly recommend this company to fix your water issues in a basement!

I have had problems for several years of water leaking into my basement.. All efforts to remedy this problem did not work. I hired the Designer Driveways And Patios. My husband and I had been given a few very high quotes for cement overlay and design for our pool deck area. We set up an appointment with Owner, he was quick and efficient. He talked to me and helped trouble shoot what to do with us like he was a close friend.The pice was great!!! His crew actually were able to come out a few days earlier than we had thought they would which was great. They came out and were very professional and respectful of our property keeping everything very clean. The deck turned out to be exactly what we had in mind. If I could give them negative stars, I would have. So design, a driveway and patio is linked to PR paving and masonry. Originally someone from designer, driveway and patio came out, which turned out to be PR paving and masonry. The reviews on designer driveway are all great, then you move over to PR paving and masonry and they are all horrible. He is a ConMan. They are father and son, will come in, ruin your yard and do an incomplete, unsatisfactory poor lazy, sloppy job. Asphalt not smooth not even collecting puddles. Divots increases in the blacktop. Water pooling in the corner of a brand new patio. That is also a disappointment. Loose pavers not enough polymeric sand. Not a stable foundation as I can pull up pavers with my hands and they are wobbling about. Left a horrible transition from my driveway to my patio. That’s already crumbling. It’s not even two weeks old and it looks 10 years old. I would stay away, stay far away. They will come in rip up your backyard and force you into doing work that you’ve never intended on doing. Also charging you a lot more than the original estimate and not following through or completing work that was supposed to be or promised. One broken fence, bunch of cigarette butts, flown in my woods. Broken bush, that they tied up with saran wrap on the edge of my driveway.

Done an absolutely fantastic job on everything they were so happy all the way through until final payment and near end of work, then they changed become so rude and abusive had a few little things to finish up on that Monday they called us Sunday evening and told us not to come and don’t call or text. first class CON We had no other choice but now to take them to court. Tried to solve this in a respectable manner, but could not.. We can see a lot more, but I think that’s the message just to let everyone know a first class con. Our reputation speaks for itself with other customers, as you can look and see for yourself ."
