Kristina kept me informed of every step and handled my Deposit as well as Final Payment. Jordan was with me prior to the City Inspection and provided quickly each view the City Inspector needed to see. The Inspection Process was so Professional I knew they had down this before. When I selected the company for the EBB retrofit, they weren’t the cheapest estimate, but they were far from the most expensive. Joseph explained the process and scope of work clearly and I was confident that selecting them was the best decision. Beginning the work was delayed as we found I had skunks living in my crawl space and I had to find someone to deal with that problem. My contact person at MVP, Maya, was wonderful throughout. She kept in touch with me and scheduled the retrofit immediately as soon as my skunk situation was resolved.
