I had to spend my entire day watching over them just to get a simple water heater replacement done. Even with me standing there, they still managed to do sloppy work. The area was left a mess, tools and materials scattered everywhere, and they didn?t care to protect the space. Worst of all, they loosely installed the drain pan pipe, which could have caused a serious issue later. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly, the guy just left without even trying to address the problem. "
