I needed to know the integrity of my plumbing. I suspected my system may have been breached by a bad workmanship or by roots. The frequency of a clean out gets closer each time. Mr. Rooter provided me a peace of mind with real pictures/ video of accumulated hardened grease build up around the joints, elbows and inside pipes. No roots, no pipe separation etc. I gave it a four star instead of five because of the cost.

They will charge you more I got someone to come and fix my problem for 80 percent less then what they wanted to charge me.

They were quick to respond. Wally went over all of the repair options in detail but didn’t try to hard sell me on anything. They completed the repairs within their quoted time, were professional and courteous. I would rehire them in the future.
