We couldn't be more happy with Darrell and the entire Allison Plumbing crew. Darrell quoted us the best price, service, (plaster patching*) and equipment (USA made hot water heater) of the three companies from which we received quotes. They re-piped our 2100sq ft. house in two days. These people are hardworking, efficient, on time, PROs! *I have to mention the wall patching. Our house is 75 years old. So, our plaster walls are a bit scarred in areas. I couldn't believe that they actually matched the original walls. THAT takes some talent. We will definitely call Allison Plumbing again, if/when we need work done. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Allison Plumbing is my first choice when needing plumbing services, why, the owner Ken Allison is good honest Man. My home had a under the slab leak, I contacted a big local plumbing outfit, they sent over a plumber, he reported a possible leak below the kitchen slab, but he'll return with the tech who does leak detection. He returned later, with his supervisor, who without doing any leak detection reported to me my home needed a complete re-pipe job, costing approx 10k. Decided to get a 2nd opinion, called Allison Plumbing, and the owner Ken, showed up Christmas morning @7am. He checked the kitchen area, and determined what pipe below the slab was leaking, so he gave me two recommendations, due to the age of the house he can re-pipe the whole house, or do a reroute of the bad pipe, without breaking the slab. I decided to do the reroute, which saved me lots of money. I respect Ken's honesty for indicating there was a more affordable option. Going forward Allison Plumbing is my first choice in plumbing services.

Johnie came out the same Friday we called. We had purchased a replacement valve and opened up the wall area, but upon doing so realized that our project was beyond our skillsets. (It was vital that no errors occur because we have 70 year old pipes, cement floors/no attic area to hold new plumbing.) Johnie removed the old pipes and installed a new system. He stayed late beyond normal business hours to make sure we were up and running before he left, enabling us to continue our bathroom makeover that weekend. He gave us a reasonable initial quote and held to it even though he needed to stay extra hours. Highly recommend!

Ken and his crew did a fantastic job! I have a 1962 built 1500 square foot house that needed a full repipe job. I wanted the heavier type L copper piping, which is what he provided. The total cost of the job included repiping the house through the attic. We needed to drop pipes through four walls so they had to cut through the drywall in four rooms. Ken and his crew did an excellent job as did Ken's drywall man Francisco. Francisco not only patched the holes, but matched the wall texture so you cannot tell there was any work performed on the walls. We repainted the walls ourself to save money. Besides the repiping, I wanted to add two hose bibs where they did not currently exist. The cost also included repiping from the city meter to the house. To do this Ken cut and replaced a one foot portion of our cement walkway which fixed an uneven area of cement that had become a safety hazard. He did this at no additional charge. The cost also included adding a new pressure regulator at the front of the house. They also attached the strapping to my water heater that I had just replaced but had not yet installed and completed the copper piping to the T&P valve. The full repiping took 2 1/2 days. I had to wait about a week for Francisco to come out and finish the drywall because he was so booked up with work, but it was well worth the wait. Ken was a pleasure to work with and he went the extra mile to make sure everything was what I wanted, and was done correctly. He even fixed a couple of faucets and replaced a faulty bath tub spout at no additional charge. I highly recommend Allison Plumbing for your repiping!

Ken Allison: Owns Allison Plumbing. He epitomizes "old time customer care." When he placed his bid, he followed up with a phone call to: 1 Make sure I got the bid. 2. To ask if I had any questions. No other plumber did this for me with the 6 bids I received. When on the job: 1. He was there when he said he would be. 2. He stayed late two nights in a row (close to 9:00PM), because he had sick employees, just so he could be finished when he said it would be done. I value this kind of customer service. He even called me from Idaho, when he had to be out of town, just because I had a concern. I wish the World had his kind of "work ethic" and customer care.

When I told Daniel my husband had replaced our new toilet tank four times because it kept running, he immediately went to the guest bathroom and ten minutes later, it was fixed. Thank you Allison Plumbing. Also the problem was found with the disposal and quickly fixed. Daniel was knowledgeable and quick.

They came out and they didn't do everything they were supposed to do, but they came back and finished the work.

They did a wonderful job without any grief, excuses or problem. Good attitude, the owner himself worked alone and in half a day work was done. We are very pleased and hire them anytime we need plumbing work done.

The plumber was nice with great intentions. Over, for the job hired, he did a great job, however the extra effort he put forth, for the most part, lowered our experience. The items replaced were not part of the problem which we found out later. He also adjusted the water pressure in our toilets which we neither asked for and it made it so we had to flush twice for every use. I had to figure out how to switch it back. Finally, even though I paid for the extra service there and the main service was paid by Angie's list they sent me a notice saying I didn't pay. I had to take time out of my day to call and email the company to get things squared away. This was more work and less quality than expected. I lost a lot of trust in this customer and the Angie's List's rating system as this company was highly rated.

Supplied and installed new toilet and hauled away old toilet. Very satisfied with work. Job well done. I would hire again for future plumbing jobs.

I recently posted a review for Allison plumbing in error which indicated poor service; however, I actually didn't get the opportunity to use Allison plumbing. I was trying to leave a review for another plumbing company. Although I didn't get a chance to work with them, they were professional when I spoke with them on both occasions....they even assisted me in navigating Angie's list. I honestly wish I did hire them.

A rating of A is not high enough for the quality of work that was done in our home! Ken and his team were punctual, efficient, pleasant, and very polite. Communication was excellent and we always had someone to contact when we had questions. We are VERY happy with the work that was done and look forward to calling Allison Plumbing for future work that we plan to do in our home.

We were able to get a same day appt with a quote and the repairs were also finished same day. Plumber was polite and kept the area shower repair area clean and organized. This is our second job with Allison plumbing and we would highly recommend them.

I am really pleased with the work done. I contacted Allison Plumbing in the morning, and within an hour Doug called me to set up a time. Doug was professional, friendly and took care of the job. He explained the repair and what possible issues and problems could come up. He provided an estimate that covered all the possibilities. The repair was without complications. I am a DIYer, and plumbing is always a pain, and I have caused more damage at times. Having done some work myself and hired other plumbers in the past, their rates are very reasonable. The cost was what was estimated. They will be my go-to plumbing company.
