He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."

They made it so we could use the toilets until they could come out the next day to make the drain repairs and pump our septic tank. We had more problems (not from the first repairs) with our bathroom and they came back out that day to determine what else was wrong and completed the repairs the next day. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing the services that they provide."

The area was left a mess, tools and materials scattered everywhere, and they didn?t care to protect the space. Worst of all, they loosely installed the drain pan pipe, which could have caused a serious issue later.
