Mike, the technician, did an excellent job diagnosing the issue quickly and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He showed us what he found and recommended hydro jetting to properly clear the line. Mike was very professional, thorough, and made sure the sewer line was completely cleaned out before finishing. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed.
