I know that tank-less water heaters are kind of complicated and they are very expensive to work on and to service. We are trying to avoid a $4,000 replacement, so they are able to maintain the life of the thing. I think they can do the job, but I think it is a high price.

"Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task. This was refreshing since I sincerely expected him to vent regarding problems experienced with his other work. I seriously recommend using Anthonyâ s services if you have plumbing issues."

"I actually had the following things done to my home as I was only allowed to choose 1 item: 1st Class removed all galvanized & repiped using Pex for new Halo filtration. (I am a camper) And, the street pipe was replaced too. Yay! Replaced toilet. The price they gave was righteous because new drywall needed to be done also.
