They cut the tree off the roof as well as cut the tree down to the ground so the whole tree is gone. They cleaned my backyard and the roof of all the branches they cut. "He's very good with irrigation systems. The plants have not lived up to our expectations. Difficult to communicate with him, though usually we get the changes done, just very little communication back from him. The most frustrating thing is that the vines have for the most part not flowered as we had hoped for. Finally two of them have flowered, late in the season, but if we'd wanted ivy we would have asked for ivy. Same goes for the plants in both the front and back planter. He put annuals. We didn't realize it and so we paid for and got perennials. Again, communications. Overall, competent, but you really need to know what you want and to make it abundantly clear. Also, the prices are pretty high."
