I paid the full amount up front because he repeatedly told me he was running out of money and needed the funds to order materials. After payment, he came to my property, tore up my lawn, and dismantled my existing system (which he said needed to be assessed before installing the new one- it was already broken, so not a big issue). For the next three months, I was met with excuses for why the job couldn't be finished -- everything from taking on bigger jobs, to being sick, to school pickups -- often followed by long stretches of no communication at all. I gave him grace and patience, but when he finally promised to show up and then canceled last minute, he stopped responding to my calls and messages entirely. I requested a refund or at least a detailed invoice showing what he purchased with my payment. To date, the only tangible material I can confirm he bought is some cheap rubber hose that he left at my house. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I wish I had seen a review like this before paying in full.

Jose had been trimming my tears for several years. He has always done a good job at a fair price. He has also helped me in replacing my lawn and doing other plantings. And he has helped me maintain my sprinklers.

Jose is the best arborist I have ever hired. He is an artist. He is dependable and his work ethic and knowledge of trimming trees is incredible. He cleans up afterwards. He has an incredibly nice personality and will work within your budget. He trims over 25 trees each year for the past 8 years.
