"We called and spoke with Conrad, who was able to stop by the house within an hour or so.  Gave us a solid estimate on trimming the tree in the front yard (main objective) and also had a look at the backyard and gave us a very rough estimate on that as well. We told him we wanted the tree trimmed before Thanksgiving, but understood that it may not happen given our tight timeline request.  He said it would be no problem.  His crew came out the day and within the timeframe that he set up with us.
