"Scott did a really great job (all by himself). He had a big task of cleaning my entire apartment's dirty carpet. It had been a long time between services, and the before and after pictures were quite dramatic. The carpets were definitely a lot cleaner. "I'm very happy with how RugBotic cleaned my Persian rug and managed the whole affair. The rug is a 12x8 hand-knitted silk rug that, ahem, hadn't been cleaned in 40 years. Yes, it's somewhat worn but they treated it carefully and we're able to restore the lovely colours, I especially like the blues. I didn't bother restoring some of the tassels, I like a worn look. They provided an underlayment that will help protect it and actually help he felt of the carpet. Very happy with their work."
