I got a quote from another company for over DOUBLE what Raul quoted, and with a 4 week turnaround (Raul quoted 10 days and successfully completed the job in that time). He was timely, responsive, and did excellent work. He even added a new crossbar as well as a new border which wasn't included in the original quote.
