I needed a front door leaded-glass window repaired. I got a quote from another company for over DOUBLE what Raul quoted, and with a 4 week turnaround (Raul quoted 10 days and successfully completed the job in that time). He was timely, responsive, and did excellent work. He even added a new crossbar as well as a new border which wasn't included in the original quote. He did so at no extra cost, but I chose to pay him because I very much appreciated both that gesture and his honest approach. I was very pleased all around.

My experience with Raul couldn't be better. He came out the day after I contacted him, gave me an estimate and took the old broken 100 year leaded glass window in my front door and was back within a week with it perfectly repaired.

Raul did the most perfect, artistic repair of the stained glass window in the door of our entry way. I made the window 40 years ago, in great detail in a stained glass class that I took. It was my second window and very challenging with beautiful colored antique glass with designs of ribbons weaving through flowers. My son accidentally cracked a piece of glass many years ago. I was afraid to have someone attempt to fix it because I thought it would be impossible. Raul's work was magnificent!!! He was able to match the different glass pieces that had broken over time. I couldn't be happier, just wish I would have called him years ago. Raul has my very highest recommendation. We are super delighted with the results.

Raul of JD's Stained glass did a great job restoring a very old stained glass mural in my hallway door. It only took 1 1/2 weeks and he only charged me $650.

Jose Raul (owns JD s stained glass) is a total pro! My son kicked a soccer ball thru the hand made stain glass window on my front door and cracked it to pieces! I was just sick about it. I had know idea how to repair something like that. Found JD s SG online. Sent him a message. He messaged back within hours. He gave me his phone number and I texted him pictures of the broken window. He texted me back a quote and his price was very reasonable. He came to my house, removed the window from the door, took it back to his shop and carefully matched the color of every broken piece. The next week he came back and reinstalled the window. It looks exactly like the original! The work was incredible! Thank you Jose, for not only fixing my window, but for saving my son s life!!!

Got appointment right away; came to our facility to repair a hole in stain glass window. Took a stencil of repair. Return the next day clean ou t the old glass and repaired with new glass, He clean up his work area. Raul was very friendly, knowledgeable, about the work. He even offer samples of other work in the future.

The outcome of the project was great! Raul kept in touch with immediate responses to my texts. He was able to work around my schedule. He was the only company who was able to repair the molding around our door window as well as repair the broken glass. I highly recommend him!

Raul discovered other slight cracks in our circular stained glass window which I believe is 65 years old, but he did not try to get me to redo the entire window. He said it should be fine which was a great relief. He replaced 2 pieces with very similar German made glass. I was very pleased with his workmanship. I would not hesitate to contact him again if there is any further deterioration.

I trusted Raul with three stained glass panels that are very special to our family, so I was nervous. I asked him to install wiring around the edges so I could hang the panels. He did a terrific job for a reasonable price. Not only was his craftsmanship wonderful, his customer service was great, too. He showed up on time every time, he answered texts promptly, and he's super-nice. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
