Michael was professional right from the start, with perfect communication between me and my client. My tree trimming company damaged windows at my customers home. It was difficult to find someone that could handle the specialized window repair that was required. Once I contacted Michael I felt comfortable that he was the right man for the job. I introduced him to my client and from there Michael took over and made sure everything was perfect. My customers were extremely happy with the job that was done. Michael loves glass and finds beauty in its many incarnations. He created an exquisite front door piece for my house 9 years ago. All that door has done is look gorgeous. Haven't had a lick of trouble with it. And, Michael repaired an old glass tile for me too -- at cost even -- because he appreciated it as much as I do. The company also made glass inserts for cabinet doors which are lovely - more banal than the dramatic entrance but equally trouble free. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Very professional, great customer skills, amazing business

Understood immediately what was needed & followed through.

These guys beat the competition by almost a hundred dollars, about 25% less than the other company I called. In addition to that, it was delivered in three days. This is a ten square foot piece of 1/4" tempered glass, frosted (by sand blasting) on one side, so it was nothing that he has just laying around. This was a custom piece. Plus the gentleman was courteous, friendly and trusting. Shorten your searches for glass and just call J. Michael Designs, Inc.

Wow. Reliable, affable, a real problem solver. Mike showed up when he said he would, and did a beautiful repair and protective glass install on our double front doors, sidelights and upper windows. Mike was awesome! We had a sidelight break and called around to all the local window companies (and Lowe's and Home Depot) and none were very excited about coming out to quote the repair and wanted to replace both sidelights so they matched. I found Mike on Home Advisor and am so happy that I did! He communicated exactly what needed to be done, the timeline to do it, and was punctual each time he came over. The window looks like nothing happened to it! I'll be using Mike and his team in the future!

Mike does amazing work. He's there when he says he'll be and by the time you hear about any problems he's already solved them. Mike replaced the front windows of our church and everything looks great. Really can't wait to work with him again.
