"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Capped an old water connection in my laundry closet and closed it into the wall, as well as changed the connection box around the drain hose to make it more flush with the wall. Looked like the water connection was never there when they got done with it, and the connection box/drain hose looked great as well. Definitely recommend!"

"Dan was here this morning, showed him where water was leaking in over our slab and ruining the flooring in the master bedroom. He gave me the full range of possible remedies, from installing a eaves gutter on the roofline outside the bedroom to a full (very expensive) sealing of the entire exterior foundation. We decided to hire Motti because we felt he gave us the best presentation of ideas for the yard and his background knowledge of landscaping. We had our grass ripped off completely and remove very old sprinklers. The crew planted about 50 California Native and desert type plants with a new irrigation and removal of a Yucca type tree, with stump and roots. DG and rocks were also installed.
