He explaned what he could do, then wrote out a quote, reviewed it again and then went to work on it. He brings all of his own tools including towels to clean up his work, his own pail for the garbage, he had a large floor mat he used to place the oven on while he worked on the gas supply line behind the oven. I highly recommend True Blue Plumbing and Rooter!"

"A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. "I had an under-the-sink leaky old galvanized iron drain pipe that rusted through and made a wet mess under the sink. George tried for the simpler fix first and did not open the wall. That still leaked so he opened the wall and determined that the whole section of pipe was leaking inside the wall too. This was a bigger mess but George removed the fittings etc that he had bought, cut out the bad section of iron pipe and installed a section of ABS drain pipe that won't leak, reconnected the sink drains, tested everything and we were done. He only charged me for the material used in the actual repair. He said he would use the fittings that didn't work out for me on another job. George is efficient and neat - my father in law would have approved of his cleaning up the mess as he worked instead of waiting until he was all done with gunk from the pipes, plaster dust and random crap everywhere. I will definitely call him the next time I need home maintenance help."
