Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber because it means something has gone wrong, but I'm confident that when I call True Blue Plumbing, the job is going to be taken care of the right way. I've been using True Blue Plumbing for several years and I'm always very happy with the work they do. Juan and his team are quick, clean, friendly and honest. Juan doesn't overcharge and he'll tell you when something just needs a little adjustment rather than a full repair. He's always very transparent about what work he's doing, what parts he's using, etc. I'm totally confident whenever I call True Blue because I know that they're not going to try to take advantage of me. "I hired Make it Drain to fix my leaking toilet because my regular plumber was unavailable. I spoke with the main office and was told that a repairman would be at my house within an hour. After an hour and with no repairman in sight or call to explain his absence, I called the office back. I was told that the repairman had to get a part and that's why it was taking so long. The repairman finally showed up two hours after my initial call and promptly left again to get another part -- for which he added an additional $50 to the original quote. The work was completed and they did come back the following day when the toilet still wasn't fixed. But they could not detect any problem and left. The best thing about this experience is that it has renewed my already-considerable confidence in my regular plumber. Should I have an urgent matter in the future, I will wait until he is available. He is more reliable than Make it Drain (he comes when he says he will) and he is much more reasonably priced."

"I had an under-the-sink leaky old galvanized iron drain pipe that rusted through and made a wet mess under the sink. George tried for the simpler fix first and did not open the wall. That still leaked so he opened the wall and determined that the whole section of pipe was leaking inside the wall too. This was a bigger mess but George removed the fittings etc that he had bought, cut out the bad section of iron pipe and installed a section of ABS drain pipe that won't leak, reconnected the sink drains, tested everything and we were done. He only charged me for the material used in the actual repair. He said he would use the fittings that didn't work out for me on another job. George is efficient and neat - my father in law would have approved of his cleaning up the mess as he worked instead of waiting until he was all done with gunk from the pipes, plaster dust and random crap everywhere. I will definitely call him the next time I need home maintenance help."
