Convinced me that it is necessary to drain the first 5 gallons or so every year to ensure there's no build up of sediment inside which contributes to the tank failure. "He replaced 2 faulty valves and added a shutoff valve to control both. He came at the appointed time in the morning to look at the leaky broken valves and said he could come at 5PM to do the job. That would be fine if we lived there so we could see the job and pay him afterwards but he said we could mail the payment after we see the job the next day. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced.
