"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"The project was done and completed Oct. 19. We had 2 low flow urinals installed in our Church restroom. Mike was very efficient and the job was done. Had to call him again 2 days later to check on a leak which he explained had something to do with the building's old rusty pipes. I agree with him. They did what they can and we just hope the pipes hold until we are ready to replace them."

"He replaced 2 faulty valves and added a shutoff valve to control both. He came at the appointed time in the morning to look at the leaky broken valves and said he could come at 5PM to do the job. That would be fine if we lived there so we could see the job and pay him afterwards but he said we could mail the payment after we see the job the next day. We saw the repair job the next day and we were pleasantly pleased. He did a fantastic job and the new valves does not leak. Happy Happy."

Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden.
