My shower faucet starting leaking in between the bathroom walls creating a problem. After being told by 2 other contractors that I needed to replace all pipes leading to the faucets, I sent Diplomat videos of the situation, and Mike showed up the next day with the parts he needed to replace the stems and all new hardware.Everything works excellent and came in at 1/5 the cost of the other 2 Angi recommended plumbers who were clearly out to rip me a new one.Mike and I discussed the downside of hiring contractors,and, being one myself,I had to agree there are some companies out there who don't really care if they ever get repeat customers.From my experience, honesty, word of mouth, and repeat customers are the key to a successful business, and Mike's Diplomat Plumbing has me as a customer for life. Highly recommended, stellar service.

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
Requested a quote on Monday and (thanks to some unexpected rain) Mike and Jonathan gave me a quote the same morning and Jonathan and Jesus were able to start work the next day. All three guys were nice and communicative and really made me feel like they cared. I had my old one piece tub/shower removed, the shower head raised (no more back bends while rinsing my hair!), and a new four piece shower/tub installed with new hardware. The price they quoted ($3800) was well below other quotes I’d gotten (mid-4k) and the timeframe (2 days) was far shorter than the other companies who said it would take a week to complete the project. I cannot recommend Diplomat enough! I supplied my own tub/shower unit (purchased prior when another company just stopped responding mid-scheduling), and the relief I felt at the guys being able to do everything so quickly and with such care is hard to express. I’ve been trying to schedule with various plumbers for over a year now, so thank goodness for finding them! These guys are fantastic, their business card now lives on my fridge and I will 100% be going with them for any future plumbing jobs. I’m so beyond happy to have a working tub/shower AND for them to have gotten it done in less than two days!

Mike was prompt and his crew fixed my leaky toilet and went above and beyond to fix my shower ( it stopped getting hot water). I called mike because he was the only one of 3 plumbers who was honest about my not having a leak in my foundation ( the water company confirmed).

The work done was done well, I feel though, that I was significantly overcharged for the work done and/or the true cost of the materials (the replacement sink and faucet) that were acquired for the job.

"I feel the price was fair as it was a two man job since it was a very heavy cast iron sink that had to be installed around old delicate excisting tile. The customer was given the estamate prior to any work being done and got back to us with an approval to do the job. We strive to make our customers happy had the customer explained there concerns at the time of payment I would have definitely would have worked with them as my name and reputation far out way makeing a few extra dollars"

My project ended up not being a leak caused by the toilet but rather a leak from my foundation.The gentleman from Diplomat checked around the outside perimeter of my house and informed me of the situation. This man is a Saint ,coming out yesterday when I expressed I had 2" of standing water in a bathroom, in one of the "worst rain storms in the last 10 years in my area". I offered to pay him for his trouble and apologized for thinking the trouble was a Leaky" toilet but he refused any compensation just saying "remember us if you ever need a plumber in future"

All of the great reviews about Mike LeBlanc (aka Diplomat Plumbing) are well deserved, including mine. He is "one of us". I only met and hired him once, but I feel I can trust him to do any plumbing projects I may have, and he does not require my first born for payment. He and his associate are not only highly skilled professionals, but they are real people. They are very in tune to you the customer, and your plumbing needs. Try him once, and you'll likely call him for all your future plumbing needs. I know I will. He is that good; he's a keeper.

After obtaining many bids and meeting with different plumbers for a bathroom remodel, I was certain that Mike would be perfect for the job. With his professionalism and efficiency, our bathroom remodel was completed in a timely manner and my husband and I could not be happier with the final product. "It's kind of interesting that I got a low score on value for the money when the customer wanted a 75 gallon heater which was a lot more money then the 50 gallon heater I sold them. the wife insisted that the 50 gallon wouldn't do the job not only dose it more then handle the job I saved them the money on the cost of the 75 gallon so I down sold instead of up selling them and get a low value for money score"

Very professional and also personable. Came out and replaced the water heater (which started leaking Thanksgiving night) promptly. Convinced me that it is necessary to drain the first 5 gallons or so every year to ensure there's no build up of sediment inside which contributes to the tank failure. They are very knowledgable about all kinds of plumbing projects, and I recommend them.

The project was done and completed Oct. 19. We had 2 low flow urinals installed in our Church restroom. Mike was very efficient and the job was done. Had to call him again 2 days later to check on a leak which he explained had something to do with the building's old rusty pipes. I agree with him. They did what they can and we just hope the pipes hold until we are ready to replace them.

It is very difficult to find a trustworthy professional, but through HomeAdvisor we were fortunate to find Mike LeBlanc of Diplomat Plumbing. He understood our need over the phone, gave us a fair quote and treated us with courtesy and respect. When the job was finished with excellence, the price was still the same. We are using Mike next week to replace our old water heater. Needless to say, He comes very highly recommended.

He was always on time....they did quality work for a fair price. he got me a quote within a day...he did what he said he was going to do...didn' t try to add on work when not necessary , covered cost when needed . talk me out of spending more money ...finished on time kept everything clean within reason and quick to return when something needed to be fixed..he is now my plumber
