"He replaced 2 faulty valves and added a shutoff valve to control both. He came at the appointed time in the morning to look at the leaky broken valves and said he could come at 5PM to do the job. That would be fine if we lived there so we could see the job and pay him afterwards but he said we could mail the payment after we see the job the next day. We saw the repair job the next day and we were pleasantly pleased. He did a fantastic job and the new valves does not leak. Happy Happy."

His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. "They made one mistake, they reinforced the wrong place. I was like this is wrong. You suppose to do my bathroom. It was expensive. It cost a lot more this time. They made a mistake too. Overall, they are a good company, and I would use them for the next time. The fact instead they finished in one day, the finished in three days. I have to take off from work. I was uncomfortable. Their people wasn't doing it right, and I had to supervise."
