My dad and I would work together on all types of projects in construction Plumbing, concrete, painting homes, landscaping, carpet cleaning, at the same time I spent time with my dad and learned a lot as a teenager. Time went by fast since 1997, as I grew older after numerous job changes I had to choose a career for myself. During my 30s I was fully experienced as a plumber, I had full knowledge in New construction, copper re-pipe specialist, drains, gas pipes, and Rooter jobs. I learned all the good and bad from other companies. During the year 2016, my dad was fully retired as a plumber and I had full control of Extreme Plumbing & Rooter. I used all experience I learned and started to manage 10 employees and 5 trucks on my own. Being a plumber I have to be able to serve customers 24 hrs a day and 7 days a week. Extreme Plumbing & Rooter was formed into a full company the year 2018. It is really difficult to run any company. Honesty and integrity are the main keys in any company. I learned from my dad to be honest with every homeowner, clients, employees, partners. Honesty is the key to successful business. Extreme Plumbing we are thought to respect women, men elders, ethnicity, gender, religious groups. We have safety and tailgate meetings every week.
