After years of contemplating a renovation of my backyard, I finally decided that it was time to create the backyard of my dreams. I did my due diligence looking for the right contractors - I have had experiences (many of them negative) with contractors in the past, but with a bigger project in mind, I really wanted to make sure I was getting on board with people I could be comfortable and trust to do a good job. I had numerous conversations with various construction companies, but as soon as I met with Brandon and Oz at Encore Builders, I knew that I would be going with them. They were so helpful through each step of the journey, listening and catering to all my needs. Their professionalism, and positive attitude are second to none. I now have the backyard of my dreams, replete with a brand-new sparkling pool and a beautiful herb garden, and it is all thanks to Brandon, Oz, and Encore Builders. What impressed me the most about Encore Builders was their professionalism and attention to detail. I had interviewed a couple of pool remodel companies, but Encore stood out because they actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to upsell me things I didn?t need. The crew was respectful of my property, always cleaned up at the end of the day, and kept the noise down as much as possible. The tile work around the pool edge is absolutely beautiful, and the new decking ties everything together. It?s rare to find contractors who take so much pride in their work.

Just had my pool replastered by Encore Builders and I’m really happy with the finished look. Brandon and Oz presented different colours which was fun and made it customisable. We opted for dark blue as we felt it looked cleanest and gives the water that clear effect. The crew was on time always, worked hard, and the pool looks fresh and ready for the summer. Encore Builders is currently finishing up an outstanding project for us that includes low-voltage lighting, pavers, turf installation, and a beautiful patio cover, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, Brandon and Oz were one hundred percent involved in every part of the process. They came out to give us a quote that proved to be extremely affordable (the best priced out of 5 local companies we brought out). They are in constant communication with us regarding every step of the process. Their team always arrives on time and cleans up the area when leaving. Everyone on their team is truly lovely. They also provided a 3D work up before the project so we would know what to expect. This for me was extremely helpful as I am a visual person and like to see things drawn up before moving forward with such a project. In addition to the backyard work they also upgraded my driveway and I already have a project start date for them to work on another property of mine. Overall, I had to write this review even before the completion of all these projects because I am blown away by such a company. They are honest and hardworking and deserving of all the compliments. Encore builders did a great job renovating our pool. From the moment that we met with Brandon, he made my dad and I feel at ease and explained the whole process to us. Within two weeks the work started and we had a new pool by New Year’s Day! The process was fast and cost effective. The workers were all very professional and nice. I needed my driveway redone ASAP and I needed it done fast. Encore Builders made the entire process quick and easy, and the results look GREAT. From day one, Oz and Brandon were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. They started by taking precise measurements and carefully mapping out the design to ensure the perfect layout. Once the plan was finalized, they got to work by digging up and removing the old driveway, making sure the foundation was properly prepared for the new and improved design. On the next stage, they leveled the ground to create a strong and even base, ensuring proper drainage so I wouldn't have to worry about water pooling in the future. (This is when you know a company is doing its job right). Then came the exciting part--laying the pavers. Their team worked meticulously, aligning each stone perfectly to create a seamless and polished look. Once all the pavers were in place, they applied joint sand and sealed everything to protect the surface and enhance the color. The entire process was smooth and well-coordinated, and they kept me updated every step of the way. ***Wondering how I am so knowledgeable about driveway renovations?!?!?! Well its only because the guys did such a great job of explaining everything to me. I'm the type of person that likes to be involved and understand exactly what is happening. Encore Builders does phenomenal work!!!! The recently worked on my backyard and did new plumbing, fresh pool plaster, coping, gorgeous artificial grass, and a brand new deck with new tiles all around!!! My backyard has been undergoing renovation for the past few years. We got the guesthouse up and running and I wanted to refresh the pool area. Brandon and Oz did all the work from A to Z and I could not be more pleased!!! They did everything in a timely manner, were always available and in constant communication, and gave us the best price out there!!!! We even needed some touch ups and they came out after 4 months to perfect the job. 10/10 work

Fabulous work done by Encore Builders As someone who works in the interior design world- I have a discerning eye for quality and value. I am very impressed with the beautifully driveway Encore Builders created for me. Oz and Brandon were recommended by some friends. To be on the safe side i gathered many quotes from local companies and Encore Builders was still by far cheaper. Their price was half the price of some of the companies who quoted me and it was obvious those guys were not experienced nor professional. Encore Builders gave me a quote on the spot, an expected time frame, and later followed up with a clear and detailed estimate. They were able to finish the work in under a month and the outcome is stunning. Their work does not compare to other companies I’ve seen and I’m sure this will be the first of many projects.

This is the second time I?ve worked with Brandon and Encore Builders. They replastered my pool last year and did an excellent job. Some patches of grass in my front yard were dying and just becoming too high maintenance for me. I wanted a solution that would look good and save on watering. Luckily I remembered Encore Builders specializes in artificial turf so I gave them a call and called them out to give me an estimate. I recently hired Encore Builders for a complete overhaul of my swimming pool, including new plaster and coping, and Iâ m absolutely thrilled with the results! After having Encore Builders transform the pool area at my previous home, I knew they were the perfect choice for my current property. This time, the project included creating a paved walkway and enhancing the front yard with low-maintenance landscaping. One of the standout features of this project was the paved walkway they installed along the side of my home. This area had previously been a messy combination of dirt and gravel, making it inconvenient to move between the front yard and backyard, especially from the sliding door by our master bedroom. Brandon and Oz designed a smooth, attractive walkway that not only makes access between the two spaces seamless but also adds a polished look to the side of the house. Now, I can easily step out of the sliding door from our bedroom and have a direct, clean path to both the front and back yards. Encore was great. Oz and the team executed everything perfectly and professionally. They showed up on time and always kept the site clean organized. We barely felt them working. I had no walkway (just an uneven lawn) and Oz suggested a paved walkway from the sidewalk to our front door. The steps came out gorgeous and we chose the same design for an additional walkway leading to the backyard on the side of our home. We also added some low voltage lights as our street is not well lit. This project has enhanced the safety of my home. The paved walkways and lighting was much needed. Iâ  m no longer fearful of tripping or falling when I need to step out or go for a drive once the sun sets. Iâ  m glad I finally moved forward with this project; If I wouldâ  ve known how happy Iâ  d be with the results I would have done it much sooner!
