Great service and very easy to communicate with. The technician was professional and on time. Excellent work at a very reasonable price.

They responded within 5 minutes of my post and were able to come out the next day and fix the problem same day at a reasonable price.

The initial quote was provided very quickly, probably in less than half an hour. Later they arrived promptly as scheduled to install 3 valves on copper pipe and 2 low flow toilets. It took about an hour and a half to do the work. The outcome was an extremely professional installation. We would absolutely call on the plumbers again if we needed similar work to be done in the future.

Raffi was great! To begin with he's extremely personable and professional. His work is excellent. He diagnosed the supply line problem going to the street that we had and also took care of the myriad of small problems that we had in our old house. I would cheerfully hire him again.

It went well! He (Raffi) actually added the soap dispenser and i love it (I didn't thought I needed it), he was very neat and very clean and his work is very good. He is meticulous, the contractor said I have a very honest plumber - so i find him to be very honest. I used their services multiple times.

Had an issue with a backed up shower drain and toilet. After a search on Angie's List, called California Green Plumbing and spoke with Raffi. Raffi called me the morning of our appointment to let me know he would be a bit early. Raffi arrived, listened to my description of the issue and then got right to work. He was efficient, explained the issue thoroughly, and got things sorted out quickly. Pricing was also very reasonable. For fast, honest service I would recommend calling California Green Plumbing.

I had originally called California Green Plumbing who said they would come out, but Eduardo from Hard Hat Rooter (HHR) showed up. He explained that the other company was unavailable and had called them. Despite that, I checked their rating here (one F and the rest As) and on Yelp! (lots of good reviews). I got a few quotes. One was lower, but HHR said they would give a competitive bid if I found another lower and they did. The came and did the work, were very polite, explained everything, pointed out things I may not have thought of, and did an excellent job.

Raffi, with California Green Plumbing, was prompt, polite and fixed my plumbing problem in less than 45 minutes. I explained what was happening and he had the replacement part that was needed on his truck. I highly recommend California Green Plumbing!

Services performed was great. I had installed the plumbing under the sink myself but when there were still a few leaks I called California Green Plumbing to help fix it all up. Work was completed in a very timely manner. Raffi was kind enough to teach me a few things for the next time i decide to do it myself. The work he performed had better parts and was more secure than what i could have done. Over and done with in 30 mins. Thanks!

The plumbers from Hard Hat were available on short notice on a Monday morning and came shortly after the promised time. They inspected the drainage problem, removed the toilet, ran their snake twice, reinstalled the toilet and concluded that they couldn't fix the problem without putting a cleanout access in for $1200. They charged $250 for this attempt. A competitor came out the next day and solved the problem through the roof vent for $400. The Hard Hat guys appear to either be incompetent or in for the money. (The other plumber recommended putting in a cleanout access, saying it would lower the cost of future blockage removals.)

Checked reviews of plumbers in the area and CA Green seemed to have the most consistent feedback. After many years with a particular local plumber, who is no longer customer service oriented, it was time for a change. So I called, Raffi answered immediately. Day of appt he arrived on time, is very polite and easy to chat with. He loves animals! Bonus. We didn’t have any super horrible issues, but a lot of little things. I showed him all the bathrooms and issues around the house and he set to work quickly and quietly. He was done in about one hour. Bam. A super pro with excellent Customer service skills. Very fair pricing. He’s our new go-to plumber. Awaiting estimate for hot water heater replacement.

They were very responsive and helpful. I had been given the wrong part by the plumbing supply, but Raffi only charged for one call in spite of having to come back a second time .

The construction supervisor, Raffi was very knowledgeable and informative. The work was completed on time and worksite was kept clean.

Raffi was a real pleasure to work with. He exudes honesty and professionalism and has a good sense of humor. He evaluated our gas piping efficiently, and communicated clearly about what he proposed to do. He offered a reasonable price and honored it. The work he did was excellent, and he suggested several tweaks (a valve and extension) that increased convenience without adding much cost. He didn’t rush, and gave me an opportunity to inspect the work and ensure that the gas grill was fully operational before he left. And he was great with our yappy dogs! Best experience I’ve had with a plumber.

I had a terrific experience with Raffi at California Green. Answered the phone immediately, and came to the house on time and did the job quickly , efficiently, and was a pleasure to deal with! I plan to call him for any plumbing work again. He really seems like an honest and very good plumber. In today's society, I really appreciate those qualities.
