"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"We had a sudden spike in water usage two weekends ago. It was clearly from the water pipe attached to the sprinkler system manifold. I attempted to repair it myself, but the fix didn't take. I called Armstrong based on their reviews on this site. We set up an appointment for the morning (8-12) on the 26th; there was no rush for the fix as we wouldn't need to use the sprinklers for a while and shutting off the water to the sprinkler system stopped the flow. I received a text message on the 25th confirming my appointment for 8am-12pm on the 26th. At 11:55 on the 26th, I called for a status check on the technician. They had me on their schedule for the afternoon. It was confirmed that the text message I was sent confirmed the earlier time frame. They had no explanation for the error. Still not a major issue, but now my entire day was shot. The technician arrived within the time frame. He assessed the issue. It required a simply re-cementing of the fittings, but he wasn't sure it would work (outside temperatures, the PVC pipe itself, etc). He also didn't have the zip ties he wanted that would help secure the pipes while the cement was curing; I didn't have any, either, but I did come with an alternative that he found acceptable. He completed the work, and basically said that we'll have to see if it worked. The good news is that we have some time before I have to turn the water on again which will give the cement time to set. He did offer a quote for replacement of the entire sprinkler manifold as a permanent solution. Although I recognize there are variables in repairs and that it may truly need additional work, I was underwhelmed by the service received."

"Domco was amazing from beginning to end. It all started with Clarence who gave us the estimate. He was very professional. The team that worked on our pipes were Sean, Jody, Alfredo and Daniel. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely hardworking. We had to have all our pipes replaced to due a leak and faulty pipes that were installed when the house was built. The team had to endure hours of working in our attic during the hot July days. They remained positive and helpful the whole time. This team and all the people we dealt with at Domco was very knowledgeable. They kept us informed and explained each step along the way to us. Dom leads by example he was very professional, honest, and fair. He inspected the job before and after it was done. To me that displayed his level of commitment to quality. "…..Recently, we started the process of interviewing people for our estate sale. The one who stood out the most, was Susanne Burns. When we sat down to interview her, she was prepared with all of her documentation, which included her being licensed, bonded and many recommendations. After evaluating our house, she stated she would takes us on as a new client. Susanne is very upfront and honest. She’s been doing estate sales for over 20+ years and as you get to know her, her expertise comes through. She is willing to work with your needs and even showed up when we had a faulty sensor setting off the burglar alarm. Upon signing her contract, we agreed to a partnership and that everything would now be fifty percent hers. We also agreed to be out of the house for approximately 5 weeks for her to individually research and price each item as well as arrange the house for the sale. At the time, we thought that 5 weeks was a little long and didn’t quite understand why she needed all this time. About a week before the sale, Susanne showed us the website she had for the property and how everything was displayed, with a price tag on every item! Susanne has a huge following and guaranteed a lot of traffic and exposure for the sale. During the sale, she strongly recommended that we did not come by and just let her and her staff do their thing. We put our complete trust in them. We were updated after each day with sales totals. A few days after the three day estate sale, we met with Susanne at the house. As she had stated previously, she verified that the house would be emptied within that week, with all remaining items to be donated to charity and if anything else was left, hauled off in a dumpster. She presented us with a check of the profits and all of the receipts form ever single item sold. Very impressive! Then we were presented with donations slips, and with a breakdown of all the items to be donated. After having a bad experience with an estate sale in the past, I was a little unsure on how this experience was going to turn out. All I can say is to let Susanne take over and do what she does best and you will be very happy with her results!
