Smooth and easy for the customer; the company handled all of the paperwork including contact information for permit. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

Philip arrived on time, got to work right away after reviewing pre-installation checklist. Explained everything we needed to know about the installation, completely cleaned up any mess he might’ve made during the install after the job was completed in a timely manner.

From the time our salesman (Will Gautereaux) arrived at our home, to Phillip (installer/technician) completing our shower remodel, we are beyond happy with our decision to purchase from USA Bath!! Both Will and Philip were a pleasure to deal with. Such an easy transaction! Will made sure we were happy with the choices we made for the new shower, and explained the process simply for us. We ended up getting our shower two months earlier than expected. Philip was punctual both in turning up on time and completing the job on time. He was friendly, courteous and responsible. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he had laid a plastic tarp-like runner from the outside door all the way to the bathroom where he was working, to ensure the carpets were protected and would not get dirty and/or stained during the time he was there. The quality of his workmanship was EXCELLENT!!! (And I'm a picky person!). He cleaned up every work area he was in, and for a contractor to be that tidy/clean was a huge bonus for us! We would definitely hire USA Bath (Will and Philip) to come in and remodel our other bathrooms if and when needed! The shower is beyond beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice!!! The original install was good till they tried to add a 1500.00 bill to add a sub panel to my breaker box. They had already charged 995.00 for electricity. I had my own licensed electrician install the circuit for 300.00. After the tub was installed they were going to leave my walls torn up and ugly where they tore out tiles. They left st end of the day Thursday May 31. That night unknown to all the tun leaked into the wall and floor all thru to under my home. The next day after a second conversation with Rick they came back to repair the walls and they found the leak. A broken valve. It was repaired. I was asked to wait a day before using so the sealant could dry. My son and I went out for dinner and returned to a flooded bathroom. They sent their man out to shut off the water and look at the problem He found another broken hose. It is now June 11, and I still can not use my hot tub. It was to be completed on the 1st of June at the latest. As of right now I am still waiting. Rick said he would talk to me last Monday but instead he has a woman call to tell me new bad news. I am stressed beyond belief which has caused me extra back pain which is why I wanted a great hot tub. I have paid almost 6000.00 for this unfinished job and I could have had it done for half that thru a different contractor but USA refused to let me out of my contract without a 50% charge. So I have been as patient as possible but the stress is eating me up. If they don't come today and finish I don't know what I will do. They promised me a tub I would be proud to own installed by professionals I do not feel proud and I find them very unprofessional. There is $1000 still owed upon completion and at this point I am looking at small claims court for the damage to my walls and under my home. I don't know what to do. I am disabled and this was to be therapudic. Two weeks of stress has me in severe pain and suffering. I can not and will not ever recommend USA bath.

The job was to replace the shower stall with a little larger unit by removing the bath tub next to the old stall. The project went very smooth and professionally done from the time it was estimated to the completion of the construction. All dates provided were met. The installers (Phillip and Vlademir) were exceptionally prompt and performed the work to be done with attention to details. The work space was left clean after the day's work was done. The actual work of removing the old shower stall and tub and installing the new shower stall took 2 days and installation of the glass panel took another day. From the time the estimate was accepted to the completion of the project took 2 months and 9 days due to materials ordering and fabrication. I highly recommend this company in the Sacramento CA for bathroom remodeling project.

The staff did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied with our finished bathrooms. The installer, Joe, was always on time and kept everything clean as he went. He allowed time for us to paint before installation so we did not have to tape off and even finished the project a day early!

The installer was on time. Cleaned up daily. Worked hard all day. Respected my home and belongings.

Installer (JOE) was punctual, professional, clean, knowledgeable, respectful, and meticulous with his work.  There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe this person and his skills.  I'm cynical about services and products advertised on TV until I'm proven wrong.  I'm a firm supporter and believer of USA Bath services and I strongly recommend their company.

Valdimir did the job fantastically.  we have 3 bedrooms and one bath, and having one bath is not easy for  us, what he did was he put back the toilet bowl before he leaves so we have something to use at night, he is very detail in doing his work.

Overall experience was great. Install was 1 day and done excellent. Service and professionalism was exceptional.

Service man was very efficient, very pleasant and worked very hard. Asked me how I wanted certain things before he proceeded.

Started install but had to put on hold. Did a change order on floor Pan - wrong color. Only took 1 day once new Pan came in to complete install.

The worker Benito was fantastic.A true professional and a master of his craft.

Robert arrived at 9:30 A and stayed until 6:30 P for 1/19/17. He arrived @ 8:30 A and stayed until the job was finished-10 P. He was a complete professional and I would highly recommend him and USA Bath.

Worker was on time, able to problem solve a few issues and completed project in 2 days-per estimate.

Ralph arrived 15 minutes early. Got right to work after reviewing project details, no wasted movement, focused, clean and respectful. Fantastic job!
